Christian Seim, aka PARASITE SINGLE or TEKKY, is a producer/composer of various styles of music. After a youth full of metal, punk, pop and rock music, a classical piano training and later five years of british underground electronica, his music is a mixture of all of those styles. Many atmospheric parts often let the impression of film music come to mind. Christian studied "Digital Music" (Sound Design, Composition and Sound Art) at the university of Brighton, England and worked at in a studio for music for advertising shortly after. He quit that job to continue as a freelancer, composing music for several animation movies and image films. His band project "Parasite Single" released its first EP "Telescope" in 2013 and won the acclaimed Hamburg Music Award "Krach & Getöse". Slots at numerous festivals and support tours with artists such as Mø, Jungle, The Dø, Lilly Wood and the Prick, Clean Bandit, Jessie Ware and Samaris followed. Currently, Christian focuses on new Parasite Single material and remixes.
